Nexauro provides AI-powered contract intelligence for Malaysian SMEs, including clause extraction, risk scoring, compliance checklists, and deadline tracking. We are a software tool, not a law firm. Our analysis does not constitute legal advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates Malaysian law or any third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Use the service to provide unauthorized legal advice.

5. Payment & Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexauro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Always consult qualified legal counsel before making contract decisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
